However, we stand behind the quality of our products.\n\n2. Faulty or Damaged Items\nIf your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:\n- Your order number\n- A photo of the issue\n- A brief description\n\nEmail: contact@tristenenterprises.com\n\n3. Dissatisfaction with Print Quality\nIf you’re not happy with the print quality (colours, sharpness, placement), contact us within 14 days. We’ll work with you to resolve it — replacement or refund.\n\n4. Non-Returnable Items\nDue to the personalised/made-to-order nature:\n- Items with custom text, names, or dates cannot be returned for change of mind\n- Digital products (design proofs, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered\n\n5. Processing Time\nRefunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.\n\n6. Cancellation\nOrders enter production within 1 hour of placement. Cancellation requests within this window can be accommodated. After production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.\n
